Mrs Faith Nwokedi is a Computer Scientist, In-Demand IT Skills Coach, Business Manager, and Global Talent Recruiter, passionate about helping professionals unlock opportunities beyond geographical boundaries.

Her journey into the world of remote work and global recruitment began with a simple but powerful belief: talent should never be limited by location.

Today, Faith is the Founder of IVAN Digital Limited, a training and talent development company focused on equipping individuals with the skills needed to thrive in the global workforce. She also serves as the Head of Recruitment at a United States–based lead generation company, where she leads talent acquisition and recruitment strategy for international teams. In this role, she has successfully identified, recruited, and managed top remote talents across multiple regions of the world.

With a strong background in Computer Science, Faith possesses a deep understanding of the evolving digital landscape and the increasing demand for professionals who can operate effectively in remote and global environments. To further strengthen her leadership and business expertise, she earned a Diploma in Management Science from a respected UK awarding body with international recognition.

Faith is widely recognized for her work as an In-Demand IT Skills Coach, where she trains and mentors individuals on the practical skills required to succeed in the global remote workforce. Over the years, she has guided professionals through the process of understanding the international job market, developing high-income digital skills, positioning themselves competitively, and successfully securing remote roles with global companies.

Through her training programs and mentorship, many of her students have gone on to secure employment with international organizations and are now building sustainable, thriving remote careers.
